Nation Properties began in 2001 with the vision in mind to give home seekers a personal and hands-on experience. Angela Nation began building homes with her father in St. Louis before making the move to Columbia and starting on her own. Coming from a family of construction and small business owners, Angela has been working on houses her whole professional life and is familiar with hard work and the nature of the home-building market. She brings a unique, holistic approach to building with the focus on not just creating a house, but a home that is both livable and beautiful. Unlike other builders in town, she often builds homes from floor plans she lives in herself and has a unique perspective as a working mother who knows what modern families need today.
