Laundry Room Remodel
/We didn’t manage to grab a “before” picture, but this laundry room remodel was a much need update. The laundry room is more functional and now offers more cabinets, a seat and room for a drop off.

Finished House in the Brooks
/Our spec in the Brooks has officially sold, but stay tuned for more homes in that subdivision in the coming year. Below we have several of our favorite photos from the house! Some of our favorite features include the custom built white oak cabinet island, dark mudroom cubbies, and wide open pantry with lots of shelving.
New build in The Brooks
/Our Brooks spec home has quite a few built-ins throughout the home. In the pictures below, you can see the kitchen in progress which will soon include a beautiful, custom, white oak island. The master bath has built-in shelving along with the closet and pantry. Pantry shelves have unique shelves for canned goods that we want in our own homes! Laundry and mudroom have plenty of space and cabinets for all your family’s needs. We can’t wait to see what all of this space looks like once it’s completed.
Latest update on custom build
/We are nearing the end of our custom build for one of our clients! The kitchen is a show-stopper in this house so we thought we’d share a few photos on the progress. The floor to ceiling cabinets and grey island were custom built in the shaker style. Once we install the open-shelving and hardware, it’ll pull the whole look together nicely.
New custom home update
/Our custom build in Wellington Manor is coming along nicely! We’re currently working on the exterior with siding and brick. Dry wall is being installed inside and our clients are starting to pick out paint colors and flooring.
Completed Custom Home in Wellington Manor
/In early summer, we finished our custom home build for a family moving to Columbia. We loved working with these clients and helping them achieve a home perfect for entertaining their children and grandchildren.

/One of our custom builds is moving along nicely! We just finished pouring the basement walls today on this gorgeous walk-out basement.
Summer construction

This summer we have a few projects going on. We are starting a custom home for a young family in Wellington Manor and will be starting a new spec in The Brooks subdivision as well. Home Remodel
/One of our favorite things to do is re-imagine a space for families who have outgrown a part of their home. We took a dated powder bathroom and a dark hall bath, and made it fresh and modern. We replaced cabinetry and lights, along with new hardware, a shower, and new tile floor. /A local designer staged our spec home and we appreciate the opportunity for future homeowners to get a vision for how they'd like to style this home. Here are a few examples below:
Kipling Custom Home
/The custom build for our client is looking amazing. The plumbing is going in now and the electricians will soon follow. Our client is currently choosing exterior colors and materials; one of the perks of building a custom home is having the choice to decide every detail of how your home looks!

/In addition to our Bradbury spec home, we're currently working on a custom build in the same neighborhood of Wellington Manor. The framers have been hard at work putting up the walls on this future home!

/New progress on the spec home on Bradbury! The front side of the house has great dimension, visual interest, and we're excited to see how the new brick and stone will add to its beauty. The next steps inside will be mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. It's all coming together quickly!
